Billing & Subscription

Manage your Admiral subscription and billing information.

Subscription Overview

View your current plan at Settings > Billing.

Your subscription includes:

  • Plan tier (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
  • Device limit
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next billing date

Current Usage

Track usage against plan limits:

  • Devices: 150 / 200 (75%)
  • API calls: 45,000 / 100,000 (45%)
  • Log storage: 12 GB / 50 GB (24%)

Invoices

Access past invoices at Settings > Billing > Invoices.

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status
  • Download PDF option

Payment Methods

Manage payment methods at Settings > Billing > Payment Methods.

Supported methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • ACH bank transfer (Enterprise)
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise, annual billing)

To add a payment method:

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Enter card details
  3. Click Save

Set a default payment method for automatic billing.

Billing Profile

Update billing information at Settings > Billing > Billing Profile.

Company Information:

  • Legal entity name (appears on invoices)
  • Tax ID / VAT number
  • Billing email

Billing Address:

  • Street address
  • City / State / Postal code
  • Country

Your billing address determines tax rates and compliance requirements.

Plan Management

Upgrading

Upgrade to access more features:

  1. Go to Change Plan
  2. Select higher tier
  3. Review changes
  4. Confirm

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges.

Downgrading

Downgrade to a lower tier:

  1. Go to Change Plan
  2. Select lower tier
  3. Review impact
  4. Confirm

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Canceling

Cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Cancel Subscription
  2. Provide feedback (optional)
  3. Confirm

Access continues until the end of your billing period. Data is retained for 30 days.

Enterprise Billing

Enterprise plans include:

  • Annual contracts with discounted rates
  • Volume discounts
  • Custom payment terms (Net 30, Net 60)
  • Purchase order support
  • Consolidated billing across organizations
