Rollouts
Admiral's Rollouts Engine delivers a change to a fleet of edge devices, autonomous robots, or kiosks in a controlled way: a canary first, then a bounded number of devices at a time, with a failure budget that pauses the rollout by itself when the new release misbehaves. A rollout tracks every device until it has actually applied the change, including devices that are offline today and reconnect next week.
Maintenance Windows
Edge systems, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), interactive kiosks, and critical machines cannot be updated at arbitrary times. Applying an operating system swap or restarting a container workload during peak operation risks business disruption, mission aborts, or safety hazards.
A/B Dual-Slot OS Updates
Updating core operating systems, kernels, and supervisor firmware on remote edge devices and autonomous robots in the field is traditionally high-risk. A disrupted update or corrupted driver could leave a machine permanently unreachable.
Private Container Registries
Deploying proprietary robotics code, physical AI perception models, and enterprise software to edge machines requires pulling container images from authenticated OCI registries.
Secret Files
Secret files deliver small sensitive files (TLS private keys, client certificates, licence files, API credentials) to devices without baking them into a container image or putting them in environment variables.
